Second phase of the iplanIT process is planning. We like details and know that they are essential for our clients understanding and for their pocket book. Planning saves time and money, it’s that simple. Client signs off on the plan before any development or designing begins. This ensures that both iplanIT and client are on the same page at all times.

A mutually agreed upon timeline and effective plan that can eliminate many pitfalls that devastate and frustrate build processes. Clients therefore know exactly what is going on and why. When a change does need to occur it can be effectively identified, communicated, documented and then implemented with ease.

Only after the plan is signed off by both client and iplanIT, with all questions and concerns attended to will the build begin. If a client sees an opportunity for an addition or a change that they would like to make, we welcome it with open arms and excitement. We enjoy an active client! We will follow the 3 steps in a timely manner to update the project map and these changes are then made clear to the client and then signed, a seamless process.
